Welcome to GeldVault (hereafter "System", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of System Interface ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, APIs, and any other services provided by GeldVault (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Data Privacy Protocol. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not interface with our Services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the integrity of your account node information.

2. Use of System Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business protocols. You agree not to misuse the Services or assist any other entity in doing so.

You agree not to engage in any of the prohibited operational vectors outlined in our Trading Directives, including market manipulation, illicit activities, or actions that compromise the security or integrity of the System.

3. Risk Vectors

Trading digital assets is inherently high-risk. Valuations can be volatile. You should carefully assess your financial parameters and risk tolerance before trading. We do not provide investment schematics. Any information on the System is for informational purposes only.

4. Fee Structures

You agree to pay all applicable fees for utilizing our Services as detailed on our Fee Structure Schematics page, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We reserve the right to modify our fee structures at any time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including their "look and feel" (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos), proprietary content, information, and other materials, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. GeldVault and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, GELDVAULT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. GELDVAULT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7. Indemnification Protocol

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeldVault and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Protocol
